Shipping Policy

Where do we ship our orders to?

We ship our orders domestically, within the UK and all orders are free of charge, there are no delivery costs!

We are also trialling some deliveries to some countries in Europe too. Here are the list of countries: Belgium, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Monaco, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, San Marino, Serbia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Turkey, Ukraine.

Are there shipping charges to orders?

Within the UK, any orders are entitled to free shipping, no matter what the value of your order is!

Outside of the UK, within Europe, all orders will be charged a fixed rate of £9.99.

When will I receive my order?

Within the UK, we aim to dispatch your order within 24 hours from payment, and we will currently use Royal Mail to fufill your orders.  We use the Tracked 48 delivery service to ensure that your package should reach you within 1-2 business days. You will be provided with a tracking number if applicable.

Within Europe, we aim to dispatch your order by the next day from payment and use Royal Mail to fufill your orders. Your package should reach you within 3-5 business days. You will be provided with a tracking number if applicable.

What happens if my order gets stuck or lost in the mail?

All of our orders are sent with insured shipping and handling. If an order gets sent back or even lost during the delivery process, we apologise! The postal service is unfortunately out of our control.  We wish we could hand deliver all of our orders! However, in cases like this, because the packages are insured, we will send you a new package with quicker shipping and full tracking, if the product is still in stock.  If the product you have originally purchased is out of stock, we will give you a full refund if the order has been lost for 14 days by the courier plus £5 store credit for the inconvenience. Please see our refund and return policy for when these might be applicable to shipping situations.
